These terms cover orders placed on vitrion.pk, operated by Vitrion Corporation Private Limited ("we", "us"), official distributor of Creta Verde olive oil in Pakistan.
Orders
- An order is confirmed when we verify it with you on WhatsApp or by call. We may decline or cancel orders we cannot verify.
- Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include the product only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place the order.
- Prices can change without notice, but never for an order already confirmed.
Payment
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier the exact order total when your parcel arrives.
- Advance payment: bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa to the accounts shown at checkout. Your order ships after the payment is verified.
- Repeated refusal of cash on delivery parcels may lead us to require advance payment on future orders.
Preorders
- Some items may be offered on preorder before stock arrives in Pakistan. The expected arrival window is shown on the product and at checkout, and we confirm the delivery date with you on WhatsApp before any payment is taken.
- You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships, at no cost. If you paid in advance, we refund it in full by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days.
- If a shipment is delayed, we tell you the new date and you may wait or cancel for a full refund. The price you preordered at is always honoured.
Launch offers and discounts
- Every offer states who it is for, what it costs and when it ends. Where an offer is limited by date or by quantity, that limit is shown with the offer.
- Offers cannot be combined with each other unless we say so. One offer applies per order.
- We honour the advertised price for everyone who ordered while an offer was live.
Product
- Creta Verde is a food product, imported sealed from its producer, Cretan Taste of Chania, Greece. Store it in a cool, dark place and respect the best before date printed on the packaging.
- Product information on this site reflects the producer's labels and published certifications. Olive oil is a natural food, not a medicine, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
