Delivery
- Flat delivery charge of Rs 300 anywhere in Pakistan. Free delivery on orders over Rs 8,000.
- Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp or by call before dispatch.
- Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad and Rawalpindi: usually 2 to 4 working days after confirmation. Other cities: 3 to 6 working days.
- You receive the courier tracking number as soon as your parcel ships.
- Cash on delivery: pay the courier when your parcel arrives. Advance payment by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa is also accepted, and prepaid orders ship first.
Preorders
When an item is on preorder, it ships once the first shipment clears customs in Pakistan. The expected window is shown on the product and at checkout, and we message you on WhatsApp with the delivery date before taking any payment. You can cancel a preorder any time before it ships, and any advance payment is refunded in full. The price you preordered at is always honoured, even if the shipment is delayed.
Packaging
Bottles and tins are factory sealed in Greece. We add protective wrapping for courier transit. If a parcel arrives damaged or leaking, refuse it or photograph it and message us the same day, and we will send a replacement.
Returns and refunds
- Damaged or leaking on arrival: free replacement or full refund, your choice.
- Wrong item delivered: we collect it and send the right one at our cost.
- Unopened products in original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Courier cost of the return is the customer's, and the product price is refunded once we receive it.
- Opened food products cannot be returned unless faulty. If your oil seems off, contact us; a genuine fault is always replaced.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are sent by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa within 5 working days of approval.
